ORDERS
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at mariemisubeauty@gmail.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
Where does Marie Misu Beauty ship?
We currently offer standard shipping within the United States. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Do you offer local delivery?
Local delivery will be available to select South Florida areas for eligible, in-stock orders. Availability, minimum order requirements, and delivery fees are based on the delivery address and will be shown at checkout.
Can I get same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery may be available for select local orders in the future, but it is not guaranteed. Delivery availability depends on inventory, location, order time, and courier availability.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
Eligible unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition and packaging with seals, tags, and protective packaging intact. For complete details, please review our Refund Policy.
When will I receive my refund?
Once Marie Misu Beauty receives and inspects your eligible return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Can I return an opened hair or beauty product?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, tested, or altered beauty and hair products cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Will sold-out products be restocked?
