30-Day Return Policy
At Marie Misu Beauty, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in its original condition
- In its original packaging with all seals, tags, and protective packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
- Returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
For health, hygiene, and product-safety reasons, opened, used, tested, altered, or damaged beauty and hair-care products cannot be returned, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety considerations. This includes opened or used hair-care products, cosmetics, used hair accessories or tools, and personal-care products with broken or removed safety seals.
Any additional final-sale or non-returnable items will be clearly identified on the product page before purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at mariemisubeauty@gmail.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
We may request photographs of the product and packaging to assist with resolving the issue.
Refunds
Once your eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Marie Misu Beauty or an item arrived damaged or defective.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.
Marie Misu Beauty will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping costs when an order is incorrect, damaged, or defective due to our error.
